Real Weddings: Danielle and Clayton's Wedding, Danielle and Clatyon's Style!

Sunny here, still blogging to you from the sunny island of Jamaica! The weather has been gorgeous all weekend long, much to the pleasure of the newlywed Millers, one of the couples who got married at Sandals Negril on Saturday. Under a bamboo arch and a cloudless sky, the Millers wed barefoot right on the beach. Danielle met Clayton Miller in 2008 while they both worked at a coffee shop (He was her manager – scandalous!). Clayton joked, “I started off as her boss, and now…she’s my boss!”  I was there to recount all the details of this beautiful Lilac Bloom themed beach wedding and garden reception in all of its classic beauty!

 Danielle wore a gorgeous strapless, rippled, mermaid styled gown designed by Mikaella. She seriously could not have picked a better dress because the mermaid style gown fit her tall and slender frame beautifully. Sentimental Touch: Her classic white rose bouquet held a locket with a photo of her grandmother inside who had passed away.

 What I found particularly enchanting about this couple was their decision to recite their vows to each other privately by whispering in each other's ear. With the lapping shore and the sun setting slowy in the background, it made for a very romantic moment.

Danielle chose lilac and lavenders as her wedding colors because purple was her grandmother's favorite color. Her lilac bloom and classic whites palette made for an elegant wedding!
